i) Cancellation

You are entitled to cancel your purchase for any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods or the last of the goods should you have ordered multiple items and they arrive on different days.

If you wish to cancel, please notify us via the 'Contact Us' button on our website, heading the message: 'CANCELLATION'.

It is a requirement that you then return the goods with 14 days of cancellation. Please note that the cost of returning the goods after cancellation is your responsibility.

For Refunds following cancellation, please see ii) REFUNDS below.

ii) Refunds

1) ON CANCELLATION


You are entitled to a full refund of the goods, excluding the cost of delivery in the U.K., within 14 days of our receiving the goods back.

If you have handled the goods to a greater extent than is reasonable and the goods are not returned in a re-saleable condition, then we are entitled to the full contract price and the goods will be returned to you at your cost.

2) OTHER REFUNDS

When returning goods, Under the sales of Good Act they must be in the same condition as we sent them to you and in the original packaging, for us to be able to fully refund you. If the products are deemed used and not in a new re-saleable condition, we will not accept these as returns or exchanges and they will be returned back to you at your cost. 

atlantic-equine.co.uk will provide a full refund if goods delivered are different to those ordered  and are not required, or if the carrier fails to deliver the goods due to their own failings or loss of the shipment, or if goods have been damaged in transit (see our Terms and Conditions).

If incorrect or damaged goods are delivered, we will ask for them to be returned, at our expense, prior to the refund being issued.

If you select an item/s with free shipping and subsequently return the item for refund, you will be credited minus the cost of sending out your item/s.

All refunds will be processed as soon as possible, and at the latest within 14 days of the agreement to refund.

Please note that refunds are made by the same method of payment that you used to pay us: credit card payments will be reimbursed to your card; payments by cheque, postal order or money order by cheque; bank transfers to your bank.



iii) Exchange

We will accept goods returned for exchange for a different size/colour etc. provided that the product is returned in "as new condition". Shipping costs for the return to us and re-shipment to you will be at your expense.

The new size / colour etc. will not be shipped until the original  has been received back by us, unless a second payment is made. This will be refunded if/when the original goods are received by us.

Sale Items: Items that are classed as discontinued in the description are non returnable and sold as seen.
